To accelerate our business in South East Asia, we are opening a new job position as Business Development Executive, based in Ho Chi Minh city – Vietnam.
YOUR MISSIONS:
1/ Sales representative for South East Asia (70% of your time)
Prospect and organize meetings with top-management of targeted future customers
- Develop your customer portfolio for long – term sales
- Ensure and grow sales with current customers
- Prepare, organize and reply to tenders. Pilot those projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigate problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to concerned management.
- Follow up on the administrative and financial (contract handling, reminders, billing…)
2/ Market Intelligence (20% of your time)
Constantly monitor, gather market & competitors’ information (pricing, product, new products, merchandising techniques..), analysis to identify business environment, create marketing & sales strategy to gain more market share.
- Recommend change/evolution in products, services & policy by evaluating results and competitive development
3/ Company project support (10% of your time)
- Assist in settling down Vietnam office
- Contact window within company and external customers concerning: certificate of products, maintenance flow.
Business Trips will be a must and can represent a significant part of your working time.
YOUR PROFILES AND COMPETENCIES:
As a Business Development Executive, you have an International Business Master Degree with a significant (01 or 02 years’) experience in an international company. Curious, dynamic with top-communication skills, you are customer oriented and willing to invest yourself in a fast evolving company.
You speak Vietnamese and English fluently. Technological knowledge (IT, software..) and French are advantages.
